Beck Rusley is a bassoonist and contrabassoonist based in the Twin Cities. He is a substitute player with the Minnesota Orchestra. As a soloist, he was alternate winner of the Vanderbilt University Concerto Competition, and finalist in Brevard Music Center’s Jan and Beattie Wood Concerto Competition. His principal teachers are Fei Xie, Peter Kolkay, and Norbert Nielubowski.
